How to Build Muscle Fast



Want to build muscle without any weights or going to a gym? well heres how!

Steps

  1. A great workout for triceps is........
  2. Find a bench or a bed or something.
  3. Standing with the bed behind you grab onto the bed or bench.
  4. Put your feet out in front of you.
  5. Keep your legs straight.
  6. Lower your body down and bend at the elbows.
  7. Raise slowly.
  8. Repeat.
    • Optional: For more benefit grab one bench and put your feet on another and do this exercise.
  9. Another good tricep workout is........
  10. Get in press up position on the ground.
  11. Place hands together on the ground.
  12. Make a gap in between your hands that is a diamond shape.
  13. Lower yourself down slowly. Keep your back straight.
  14. Press up (raise).
  15. Repeat.
  16. A great workout to build back muscles is.......
  17. Lay face down.
  18. Put hands by ears.
  19. Squeeze your back muscles to lift the body up.
  20. Hold for 2 seconds.
  21. Lower yourself down and then repeat.
  22. Triceps workout that is good is doing pushups.
  23. Biceps workout that is awesome is pullups.
  24. Do about 8-12 reps and 3-4 sets of each workout. Remember to take 30 second rest between each set.

Tips

  • Drink lots of water which will help.
  • Eat good and nutritious foods that will help the muscles build.
  • Do this every other day...for instance (workouts sun,tues,thurs,sat.)
  • Stick to it and don't give up.
  • Good luck!!

Warnings

  • Don't push yourself too hard because then you could get a torn muscle which is bad.
